1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)** after we receive your order. This is the time it takes to prepare your item(s) for shipment.

Please note: This does not include shipping transit time.

2. Shipping Destinations & Rates

We charge fix shipping charges of Rs:200/ without being subjective to the weight of the products.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons (like holidays) or due to carrier delays beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a separate email with a tracking number once it has been shipped.

5. What if I'm not home?

For your convenience, most carriers will leave the package at your door. If a signature is required for your shipment, the carrier will follow their standard procedure (e.g., attempting delivery again or leaving a notice).

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.

6. Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you make a mistake, contact us immediately at info@tmaventure.com and we will try to help if your order hasn't yet been processed.
